Premier Learning Academy is by far the best place I have ever been blessed to work at! The staff and management are all so kind, caring and generous. They are all wonderful at their jobs and truly make sure your children are taken care of and developing further each and every day! I am so glad that I get to come to work and be encouraged and uplifted daily. I am constantly learning new things on how I can better myself, my teaching and handling situations. Getting to work around amazing children, their parents and coworkers everyday is such a blessing!

I have been working at PLA preschool for 2 years now and I can honestly say that it feels like home. There is so much room for personal growth and career development. I started my career in the toddlers as an assistant teacher and now I am I full time Pre-k teacher! I LOVE IT! Everyday is a new adventure, so much to learn and do. The kids always put the biggest smile on your face and keep you on your toes! The staff is warm and welcoming and I enjoying coming to work everyday.

Being a teacher at Premier Learning Academy has been life changing. As a lead teacher, the support from not only the other teachers and the amazing directors, but from the parents as well! Pride. That is the word I would use to describe being a teacher a PLA. I have been a Lead Teacher at Premier Learning Academy for a little over a year, and I can say it has been the most positive and enriching job I have ever had. I was a Program Director in childcare for many years before I took this position, and I have never been in a more warm, loving, and nurturing environment for the children and teachers. The owners and directors genuinely care about teacher development, consistent support, and they always have a smile on their face. I know no matter what I can go to them for guidance and advice without fear of judgment. All the teachers at PLA take care of each other and it really shows in our teaching. The love and nurturing we give every single child can be felt the second you walk through the door. I don’t see myself ever leaving Premier Learning Academy, as no place can ever make me feel the pride I have every morning I step into my classroom.

It’s been over a month with PLA and we are extremely happy with our kid going here. We initially had lots of concerns and worries as to how our toddler will be cared for. We absolutely have no worry these days as to what’s happening with the kid. We get daily and timely updates with lots of lot of lovely pictures which makes us feel so comfortable knowing the kid is doing alright. They take plenty for time to get to know you and address/any questions or concerns we ask them. They are really awesome, understandable. They are slowly grooming the kids to know his/her manners and small things like washing hands, saying sorry and thank you. To make a 2 year old do that takes a lot of time and care and effort. We greatly appreciate you guys!

I have been a teacher at Premier Learning Academy for 8 months. In that time I have felt like part of a family from the time I walked in for my interview till now. The staff are very welcoming, and helpful. The director, supervisors, and owners are all easy to talk to about anything and receptive when you have questions or concerns. The families are some of the best families I have had the pleasure to work with. It is a great place to work for and I look forward to many more years at this school.

My son attended PLA two years ago, he is now starting first grade. They helped encourage his thirst for knowledge and reinforced his desire to read, write and his love for math. He's already tested into higher level math and loves every minute of it. I've never met a child who loved school so much and I have a feeling all the love, attention and the education he received from this preschool helped with that! He has Miss Chantelle (sp?) as his teacher and I must say she was FABULOUS! Would enroll my other child here if we hadn't of moved! Thank you ladies, would recommend this place to anyone.

This preschool and pre-k is wonderful! The staff is caring, and well educated! I looked at 7+ schools before choosing this one because of the staff, the curriculum and the overall environment for both my children. My kids know all the teachers and all the teachers know them because of the family environment they have created. The lunch included is helpful and the field trips in the summer for older kids are great perks too! So glad I found a place my kids feel safe and at home while I am away and work....and they are learning so much!!! Thank you PLA staff for all you do, your efforts show through the children and their love for learning!

My husband and I recently moved to south Chandler and were very hesitant in switching our daughters daycare. We had a poor experience about a year earlier at a different school and didn't want a repeat. We did a tour followed by a discovery day and we knew then it would probably be a good fit. We started her about a month later and have never looked back. The Director, Stacy, is very warm and inviting and the teachers are fantastic. Ms. Tori is amazing, and since day one my 2 year old describes Ms. Tori and Ms. Bree as "kind and fun" when she gets home. She's learning new information each day and is happy to go to school. We love PLA and you will too!

My kiddo loved PLA! The ladies loved him like their own. I will forever be grateful for the time that he spent with his teachers, the director and owners. He was well prepared and excelled in kinder. They made him love learning, but also showed so much love along the way!

My daughter just graduated from PLA after starting here in their 2’s class. The staff is like family to us now and we absolutely loved how education focused they are! My daughter graduated more than ready for Kindergarten and is taking away life long friends with her! Thank you PLA Staff!

Working for Premier Learning Academy for the last 3 years have been wonderful. The owners and directors became my friends and family as well the teachers. We’ve had so many positive changes to better the staff and the way we teach. As a teacher I strive to give my students the best learning environment I can and our directors and owners fully support us with that in any way they can. When you walk into PLA you’ll be warmly greeted by directors and teachers, parents become friends and our relationship with the parents are beyond amazing. Throughout our facility you’ll see students play with their friends and teachers, students discovering and learning math, science, language arts and last but not least social emotional skills. PLA is a wonderful place for your child to learn and be loved by our amazing teachers, directors and owners.

We moved from out-of-state and did not know the area or the preschools. We ended up originally starting our child at a different preschool which ended up being a mess of a school, and through online searches then found PLA.

From the moment I walked in I immediately loved the energy and the staff, and by the end of the tour I knew we’d be sending our child there. Best decision ever!!

The environment is an amazing mix of being nurturing with also a strong focus on education. We weren’t looking for a daycare, we wanted a school that actually taught our child, and that’s just what we got at PLA, and then some!

Our child now attends one of the more challenging elementary schools in the area and is doing amazingly well, and we know PLA played such a huge role with preparing our little one both academically and socially!

Our daughter has been going to PLA for almost a year now, and we couldn’t be happier. Changing her to this school was the best decision we could make. She’s learned so much, so fast! The staff is amazing and caring, and teachers like Ms. Tori and Ms. Tasha definitely make the difference! Our girl feels safe and loved in there. They’re her second family!

There is nothing better than coming to work and feeling like part of a family and loving your job! The directors and teachers are absolutely incredible and amazing friends, the kids and their parents are wonderful and make me feel so loved! The school is run by fantastic women who take care of their teachers and our well being! Love this school!!

I can't say enough good things about this place. The teachers, the office staff and the owners, everyone has been fantastic. They have truly prepared my son over the last few years for his first year of kindergarten. He is well educated among his counterparts that he is starting class with. These guys are great!!!

I was so hesitant to put my son in preschool I waited until he turned 1 to do so. All of the teachers here have been so amazing. They treat my son like he is one of their own and he learns so much. He's even taught me several words in sign language. I could never send my son anywhere else now that we have found Premier Learning Academy!

Both my daughters have been at premier learning for over two years now, one is in pre-k now and the other is in their after school pick up from CTA the charter school. I love it!!! Their academic curriculum is top notch and the facility is a must-see. unbelievable indoor and outdoor play space and super modern classroom, amazing teachers!!!

update: Been 4 years, love the place!! always kept clean and organized, teachers well informed, welcoming and super friendly, eager to take care of the kids, my little one went through all the levels and is now excelling in CTA and attends the after school program at PLA, she loves being there, more than home!

I absolutely LOVE this preschool. Our kids went here for almost 2 years and we loved every minute of it. Even when the kids were younger they had a lot of academic structure. Elana is so nice and so passionate about hiring good teachers. We never had any billing issues or issues with teachers. The facility is SO FUN! They have it very open and tons of activities for the kids. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

I have learned so much working as a teacher here. I feel so welcomed and included in the PLA family. I feel comfortable going to any of my coworkers or bosses with any questions or concerns that I have. I feel the right amount of challenged here, meaning I am constantly growing and improving as a teacher with the support of my work family. Even on tougher days I can easily find support to help strengthen me. I love working with all of the families and children. They are amazing! I would not trade this job for the world! I’ve been a teacher at PLA for 3 years now! I’ve worked many jobs and can honestly say that I’ve never had the honor of working in a better environment or with greater people! PLA is the Mom and Pop shop of schools and as expected with this kind of dynamic, will lead to you feeling like you’ve finally come home after a very long day when you first walk through their doors. You will be welcomed as though you are family and as such, treated with love, unwavering attention and kindness. I have worked with children for approximately six years and have never seen another workplace work as efficiently and lovingly as these fellow teachers do. Of course, PLA is not perfect as not many things are, but it tries. Our amazing directors are always studying new and innovating ways of bettering our school and are more than happy to listen to teacher suggestions. Of course, teaching anywhere you go is never going to be easy all of the time, but the support and patience that my coworkers and directors exhibit make it all okay in the end. I am grateful that I get to be here and that I’ve found a home in something that I love.

I toured 10 pre-schools when we moved to Chandler last year. I loved the pre-school my girls attended in Los Angeles and didn't want to settle for anything less here. I knew immediately when I walked into PLA that is was the right fit for my daughters as well as my husband and me. Here we are one year later and I can't tell you how wonderful the school is. My two girls are very different and have both loved their teachers, the owners and the directors. Everyone is very involved in each students success. The staff has wonderful communication with the parents so that we are all on the same page! The girls are learning a ton and don't want to leave when I pick them up at the end of the day! What else can a parent ask for?!?

I found PLA when I first moved to the East Valley and didn't know much about the neighborhood. At that time I was not yet working but needed somewhere with a drop in option that could convert to full time. They worked with me with exactly what I needed so that when I found employment the transfer to full time was smooth.

However, this place has become even more amazing than what I noticed on the initial tour. I did not realize my child would be learning spanish, science, and math along with other standard preschool items. She has learned songs from the classics (You are my Sunshine) to modern songs, converted to a PLA theme. She started not knowing her alphabet nor even an idea of how to write her name. PLA brought her right up to speed and now she will begin Kindergarten this year knowing her alphabet, counting to 100 (mostly), how to write her name, and even a small bit of math.

Every person there gives their all for the children every day. In other facilities there was always a split between administration and the instructors but not here. When you are there, you can feel that each person is there for the sole purpose to give each and every child an amazing education while keeping it fun as well. I would recommend PLA to anyone seeking out the best daycare or preschool for their child. Their rate is comparable to other facilities in the area, but I feel I have received a private school level of service here because they are so amazing!

This place has been a second family to us. All three of our kids have been here for the last almost 4 years and we couldn’t have been more proud of the things our children have accomplished and the friendships they have built during their time at Premier Learning Academy. It’s been great fun for the kids and the fact of having a pencil or crayon in their hand each day has taught our kids to focus on their tasks-and I am so thankful (that hasn’t been a priority at other places).

I feel so lucky to have found PLA! My daughter loves her teachers, the school and the fun learning activities they do. I love the daily updates throughout the day! I know when I leave my daughter, she is in good hands. Thank you PLA!...

I've had my girls in PLA for almost 3 years and we have been so blessed by the staff. They have been family to us and love all the kiddos. Their communication is excellent along with all the programs they provide at different levels. They go above and beyond to provide the kids an amazing education and support programs. An amazing facility, loving staff & excellent experiences....
