My son attended PLA from toddler class all the way through pre-school and pre-K. Previously, we had tried multiple daycare centers in nearby regions, but encountered various situations (not good) that prompted us to seek out a more suitable environment for him—one where we could find staff who genuinely care for our loved ones. This year, my son graduated from pre-K in Esther’s class, and she is amazing in every aspect. Needless to say, all of PLA’s staff are fantastic; my son loved them and still remembers their names when reminiscing about the good times he had there. PLA hosts numerous events and activities throughout the year, encouraging parents to come and enjoy time with their children. The most memorable and priceless experience is the graduation ceremony. As parents, you truly witness their growth and learning throughout their journey at PLA. Moreover, PLA records the ceremony for relatives or family members who couldn’t attend. I sincerely appreciate PLA’s staff and management, and I genuinely feel blessed to have PLA in our community. I highly recommend it to all parents who are searching for the best school for their children.

If your toddler has been kicked out of other preschools for biting or other reasons, try PLA. The director and staff are absolutely amazing! They understand the developmental reasons behind a kid’s behavior and genuinely want to help them succeed, unlike many other preschools in the area that are only concerned with filling up their classrooms to maximize profit.

My daughter just finished pre-k this summer. I’m so grateful for the teachers’ love and support for my daughter during her 2 years stay here. Every teacher and staff is welcoming and friendly. It used to be a struggle to send my daughter to school every morning before she came to PLA. We have changed different schools and she would always cry, but she’s been very happy since the first day in PLA. Mrs. Danielle is an amazing teacher! She has taught knowledge and manner in a nice and effective way. My daughter loves her so much. I would strongly recommend PLA to all parents!

It has been such a perfect preschool for Kyra. Last year when we got her enrolled in PLA, I was really stressing out as Kyra had delayed speech and she was really lacking in her fine and gross motor skills. Her previous play schools did not make much difference in helping her out and getting her engaged in the class and making friends. Here at PLA, she bloomed and made a huge progress in achieving her milestones. She made some new friends and her fine motor skills developed. When she started she didn’t know how to hold the pen or how to to use scissors. Ms Danielle sat down with her and worked with her. I’ll forever be grateful of her. It was her hardwork and her persistence that helped Kyra tremendously. Ms Danielle went an extra mile and created a workbook for Kyra to practice daily at home. Weekly assignments that Ms Danielle gave also made a huge difference. I am eternally grateful of Ms Danielle and PLA for helping my child to get her ready for Kindergarten this year. It was really impossible without her help and intervention she took. Thank you Ms Danielle and PLA for all your help!!! really appreciate you from the bottom of my heart!!!! I can proudly say that I made a right call sending my child to PLA. It is the best preschool in East Valley.

PLA has been life changing for our family. After two years of staying home with grandparents we were concerned about the transition of going back to school. PLA, Ms. Esther, Ms. Camilla, Ms. Stacey and more made that experience a wonderful one. We feel confident leaving our 2 and 5 year olds in the comforting and supportive hands of the staff at PLA. PLA was a life saver. We relocated from Nashville TN and left a fantastic childcare facility. When we first moved we attended another facility and it was horrendous. Our once happy child was crying and every drop off was traumatic. Enter PLA. They were recommended by a colleague who had sent his 3 children there over the years…. WOW… We did a tour with Linny. Our daughter loved her trial day on the Friday so much we had her starting there on the Monday. Stacey got us enrolled and set up and helped us every step of the way as we transitioned. Our daughter was three and we have never looked back. She is now graduating and starting Kinder this fall. Ms Dominuque has been a true gem. Our daughter is so prepared and happy and it is thanks to her!!! With 2020 being such a difficult year PLA adapted to be there for their students and the parents. They were creative and always put the children first. There was so much transparency and clear communication with the families. I truly cannot express my gratitude to our PLA family. They have gone above and beyond and genuinely foster an environment that allows the children to learn and grown but it underpinned with great care, consideration and love. You will not find a better place to send your child!!!

My daughter has been in the 2-year-old class for a little over 3 months. She totally loved it and doesn’t say “no school” to me any more after she spent the first week there. We love the fact there are so many things to play with and we love the kid gym. It is a big plus during after school hours my daughter gets a chance to play with bigger kids as she loves it.

We started at PLA in September 2023 after months of trying to find a pre-k program that worked for our son and our family. We decided on PLA after doing a tour and seeing how happy the students and teachers were. They offer small class sizes and have a great well rounded curriculum. My son will be in a great spot entering kindergarten. This school offers a lot of fun activities and event for the students and families. The teachers are amazing and truly care about the students as a whole. My son has made lifelong friends and we will miss PLA so much!

Teachers and staff here have always loved on our little and made us and her feel safe and cared for. She has learned so much academically and will be entering into kinder with beginning reading and math skills, which as an educator myself…is amazing. We love it here so much that our baby girl will be attending in the fall. 🙂

From the first phone call to our last day, we loved our time here! All the staff is so caring and sweet; they take the time to learn all the kids’ names-even the ones in other classes! My daughter made so many friends; she enjoyed each day at school and truly thrived at this school! She’s so ready for kindergarten, thanks to her teachers at PLA! The daily photos made each day away from my kid feel like I was more connected. There were no issues, and I strongly recommend this school to everyone! It’s pricey compared to daycare, but starting our kiddo with her education early has helped her so much; she’s a different kid now, and I’m so grateful for how much she grew and learned while at PLA. Plus, our graduation ceremony was soo sweet. 🥰

This place is AMAZING! The staff is so caring and genuine. I truly am a helicopter mom, so enrolling my daughter in preschool, in general, was very hard. But I never worry when I’m leaving her here! My daughter literally asks for her teacher all weekend long! Their procare app really makes a difference – they update me throughout the day on what my daughter is doing and how many times she’s going potty! And their prices are FANTASTIC. If you’re looking for a preschool for your kid I promise you this is the best! ☺️

Pride. That is the word I would use to describe being a teacher a PLA. I have been a Lead Teacher at Premier Learning Academy for a little over a year, and I can say it has been the most positive and enriching job I have ever had. I was a Program Director in childcare for many years before I took this position, and I have never been in a more warm, loving, and nurturing environment for the children and teachers. The owners and directors genuinely care about teacher development, consistent support, and they always have a smile on their face. I know no matter what I can go to them for guidance and advice without fear of judgment. All the teachers at PLA take care of each other and it really shows in our teaching. The love and nurturing we give every single child can be felt the second you walk through the door. I don’t see myself ever leaving Premier Learning Academy, as no place can ever make me feel the pride I have every morning I step into my classroom.

It’s been over a month with PLA, and we are extremely happy that our kid is going here. We initially had lots of concerns and worries as to how our toddler will be cared for. We absolutely have no worries these days as to what’s happening with the kid. We get daily and timely updates with lots of lovely pictures, making us feel comfortable knowing the kid is doing alright. They take plenty of time to get to know you and address/any questions or concerns we ask them. They are really awesome and understandable. They are slowly grooming the kids to know their manners and small things like washing hands and saying sorry and thank you – making a 2-year-old do that takes a lot of time, care, and effort. We greatly appreciate you guys!

I have been a teacher at Premier Learning Academy for 8 months. In that time I have felt like part of a family from the time I walked in for my interview till now. The staff are very welcoming, and helpful. The director, supervisors, and owners are all easy to talk to about anything and receptive when you have questions or concerns. My son attended PLA two years ago, he is now starting first grade. They helped encourage his thirst for knowledge and reinforced his desire to read, write and his love for math. He’s already tested into higher level math and loves every minute of it. I’ve never met a child who loved school so much and I have a feeling all the love, attention and the education he received from this preschool helped with that! This preschool and pre-k is wonderful! The staff is caring, and well educated! I looked at 7+ schools before choosing this one because of the staff, the curriculum and the overall environment for both my children. My kids know all the teachers and all the teachers know them because of the family environment they have created. The lunch included is helpful and the field trips in the summer for older kids are great perks too! So glad I found a place my kids feel safe and at home while I am away at work….and they are learning so much!!! Thank you PLA staff for all you do, your efforts show through the children and their love for learning!

My husband and I recently moved to south Chandler and were very hesitant in switching our daughters daycare. We had a poor experience about a year earlier at a different school and didn’t want a repeat. We did a tour followed by a discovery day and we knew then it would probably be a good fit. We started her about a month later and have never looked back. The Director, Stacy, is very warm and inviting and the teachers are fantastic. Ms. Tori is amazing, and since day one my 2 year old describes Ms. Tori and Ms. Bree as “kind and fun” when she gets home. She’s learning new information each day and is happy to go to school. We love PLA and you will too!

We were with PLA for five years and two children and could not have been happier with the experience. Both of our children are now excelling in elementary school and we receive regular, positive comments from their teachers about how well-prepared they are/were both academically and socially. Our son loves going to Premier Learning Academy. The second we did the tour he didn’t want to leave and wanted to start right away. Ever since then he has a blast. He found friends right away and has learned so much already. He is always so excited to go and is so proud to show us what he has learned at the end of the day. You can really tell that he has fun while he learns his numbers, the alphabet and seasonal things. They do awesome crafting activities and also other fun physical activities like yoga. They do an amazing job and the staff is so nice, friendly and considerate. They always keep us parents in the loop which I really appreciate.

Still amazing! Now our little one is old enough to go there too and he loves it. He didn’t need one day to adjust. The communication is still great. And they do so many fun things with the kids. The teachers are just great altogether. Just love PLA!!

People say that kids always get sick when they first start going to daycare. The most amazing and safe environment for my children! I can’t recommend them highly enough! They care about every single child and not just the teachers, the directors are just as involved. My child knows every staff member there because they are so friendly and involved with each class. My daughter literally cries when the school is closed on the weekend and she can’t see her favorite friends and teachers. Just when I think I couldn’t love this school anymore, they amaze me with something else.

I honestly can’t say enough great things about this place! I was super nervous bringing my son here after he graduated from ABA therapy, but he has been thriving here and I’m so happy with how the school runs everything and the teachers are amazing, I feel so comfortable and safe dropping him off knowing he is safe and cared for, and that as a parent is huge. I don’t get to see all of them all the time but Ms Janet and Ms Jessica, Ms Nicole and Ms Megan have been so wonderful with him and made us feel so welcome. All the other teachers are just as amazing too. He has learned SO much and will be ready for kindergarten! If you’re considering this preschool for your kids I 100% recommend.

Finding the perfect place to be an extension and partner in helping form our two boys was the most stressful undertaking we’d embarked on to date. We had a list of dozens of preschools, pages of questions, and a mound of anxiety UNTIL our tour with PLA.

The building is immaculate, warm, and calming, which is nice, but the BIG win is the staff. PLA feels like family, and our children absolutely LOVE their teachers and staff. We can’t even leave until our lil guys have said their goodbyes and given goodbye hugs. The admin staff, Stacy and Mickinze, are accessible, helpful, understanding, highly capable, and really just ROCKSTARs in every sense.

The curriculum was created by teachers and is designed to not just prepare our kids for Kindergarten but ensure they hit the ground running. We’ve noticed vast improvements in speech, cognitive function, motor skills, reasoning as well as letter and number recognition. These hard skills are as important as the soft skills, and Premier Learning Academy’s approach to conflict resolution, temper tantrums, and overall grumpiness is terrific. They talk through the problems and have creative solutions to ensure harmony. Seriously, when you walk in this place, you’d never know that dozens of kids are in there because we don’t hear screaming, crying and all the fun stuff that our kids can do to create audio chaos 😉

For us (the parents), they offer a date night, where we get to cut loose for 4 hours while our rugrats enjoy a movie and activities with the teachers they already know and love. Seriously, not having to organize a sitter once a month is just a Quality of Life improvement that is unquantifiable.

We are beyond thankful PLA is in our family’s life and look forward to several more years with them.

Working for Premier Learning Academy for the last 3 years have been wonderful. The owners and directors became my friends and family as well the teachers. We’ve had so many positive changes to better the staff and the way we teach. As a teacher I strive to give my students the best learning environment I can and our directors and owners fully support us with that in any way they can. When you walk into PLA you’ll be warmly greeted by directors and teachers, parents become friends and our relationship with the parents are beyond amazing. Throughout our facility you’ll see students play with their friends and teachers, students discovering and learning math, science, language arts and last but not least social emotional skills. We moved from out-of-state and did not know the area or the preschools. We ended up originally starting our child at a different preschool which ended up being a mess of a school, and through online searches then found PLA.

From the moment I walked in I immediately loved the energy and the staff, and by the end of the tour I knew we’d be sending our child there. Best decision ever!!

The environment is an amazing mix of being nurturing with also a strong focus on education. We weren’t looking for a daycare, we wanted a school that actually taught our child, and that’s just what we got at PLA, and then some!

Our child now attends one of the more challenging elementary schools in the area and is doing amazingly well, and we know PLA played such a huge role with preparing our little one both academically and socially!

Both my daughters have been at Premier Learning for over two years now. One is in pre-k now, and the other is in their after-school pick-up from CTA, the charter school. I love it!!! Their academic curriculum is top-notch, and the facility is a must-see. It has unbelievable indoor and outdoor play space, a super modern classroom, and amazing teachers!!!

Update: It’s been four years, and I love the place! It’s always kept clean and organized, and the teachers are well-informed, welcoming, and super friendly. They’re eager to take care of the kids. My little one went through all the levels and is now excelling in CTA and attending the after-school program at PLA. She loves being there more than home!

Spring 2019 I toured 15 pre-schools (not an exaggeration) throughout the East Valley and a couple in the Phoenix area. I was rather disheartened, the second to last school was PLA. It was a breath of fresh air! 😍

Sending your child to pre-school can be emotionally daunting. As parents we do our best to ensure they are left in good hands and a safe environment where they can learn and socialize.

This isn’t JUST a pre-school, it IS family. PLA invests in their teachers and the teachers are truly devoted to their students. From my experience, PLA blends play, STEAM, highscope and Montessori methods. They provide Yoga time, gym time with a toddler sized rock climbing wall, water days, fun dress up days, tasty lunches, station type learning, holiday events and programs, PARENT’S NIGHT OUT and sooo much more! PLA is a magical place I wish I could have attended as a toddler!

PLA has created a beautiful community that is a foundation for our future generations.

A plus is that they have incredible people like Ms Danielle. She has helped us a lot since the beginning with the transition from Spanish to English, and now our daughter is bilingual.
We’re excited because this year’s progress has been awesome in math, skills, writing, and reading—all thanks to Ms. Esther’s dedication.
Thank you to all the Staff. The food is also great, and when we needed help, you were there for us. For us, PLA is our extended family.

My son’s been at PLA since he turned 2….we are soooo sad to leave it to go to kinder!! It has been such a pleasure and a privilege to be part of the PLA family and we are eternally grateful for all the amazing knowledge they’ve instilled in our little one– he has learned more than we could have ever hoped for. The ladies at PLA truly love your kids, and are cognizant of their needs and adapt to your child’s needs and level, placing them with the appropriate teacher most compatible to their personality and skills. Most importantly, they are lightyears ahead of every other daycare/preschool out there in the level of education they give these kids—PLA has. We could have never dreamed our son to be at the high-level of abilities in his education prior to Kinder. We will miss it terribly!

Premier Learning Academy is THE best day care and school. The teachers and staff are consistent in an industry with high turnaround. You can tell the teachers and staff love where they work and it reflects in the kiddos. My son has grown tremendously being there, so much so he will be starting kindergarten early! I wish we could stay at PLA forever!

Our 3 year old attended PLA in Queen Creek for about 6 months as her first organized daycare. She loved it! She was always excited to go to school in the morning and see her teachers and friends. We loved the app that is used and how easy it was to see the activities she was up to, and receive updates easily. I am so happy and blessed to have met such great teachers at PLA. Not only do they have such great communication, but they are always attentive to my daughter’s needs. I could always communicate with Ms. Chentell, other teachers, or the front office if I had any concerns. Everyone is so respectful and is always joyful. I absolutely LOVE this preschool. Our kids went here for almost 2 years and we loved every minute of it. Even when the kids were younger they had a lot of academic structure. Elana is so nice and so passionate about hiring good teachers. We never had any billing issues or issues with teachers. The facility is SO FUN! They have it very open and tons of activities for the kids. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been a teacher at PLA for 3 years now! I’ve worked many jobs and can honestly say that I’ve never had the honor of working in a better environment or with greater people! PLA is the Mom and Pop shop of schools and as expected with this kind of dynamic, will lead to you feeling like you’ve finally come home after a very long day when you first walk through their doors. You will be welcomed as though you are family and as such, treated with love, unwavering attention and kindness. I have worked with children for approximately six years and have never seen another workplace work as efficiently and lovingly as these fellow teachers do. Of course, PLA is not perfect as not many things are, but it tries. Our amazing directors are always studying new and innovating ways of bettering our school and are more than happy to listen to teacher suggestions. Of course, teaching anywhere you go is never going to be easy all of the time, but the support and patience that my coworkers and directors exhibit make it all okay in the end. I am grateful that I get to be here and that I’ve found a home in something that I love.

I toured 10 pre-schools when we moved to Chandler last year. I loved the pre-school my girls attended in Los Angeles and didn’t want to settle for anything less here. I knew immediately when I walked into PLA that is was the right fit for my daughters as well as my husband and me. Here we are one year later and I can’t tell you how wonderful the school is. My two girls are very different and have both loved their teachers, the owners and the directors. Everyone is very involved in each students success. The staff has wonderful communication with the parents so that we are all on the same page! The girls are learning a ton and don’t want to leave when I pick them up at the end of the day! What else can a parent ask for?!?

I found PLA when I first moved to the East Valley and didn’t know much about the neighborhood. At that time I was not yet working but needed somewhere with a drop in option that could convert to full time. They worked with me with exactly what I needed so that when I found employment the transfer to full time was smooth.

However, this place has become even more amazing than what I noticed on the initial tour. I did not realize my child would be learning spanish, science, and math along with other standard preschool items. She has learned songs from the classics (You are my Sunshine) to modern songs, converted to a PLA theme. She started not knowing her alphabet nor even an idea of how to write her name. PLA brought her right up to speed and now she will begin Kindergarten this year knowing her alphabet, counting to 100 (mostly), how to write her name, and even a small bit of math.

Every person there gives their all for the children every day. In other facilities there was always a split between administration and the instructors but not here. When you are there, you can feel that each person is there for the sole purpose to give each and every child an amazing education while keeping it fun as well. I would recommend PLA to anyone seeking out the best daycare or preschool for their child. Their rate is comparable to other facilities in the area, but I feel I have received a private school level of service here because they are so amazing!

This place has been a second family to us. All three of our kids have been here for the last almost 4 years and we couldn’t have been more proud of the things our children have accomplished and the friendships they have built during their time at Premier Learning Academy. It’s been great fun for the kids and the fact of having a pencil or crayon in their hand each day has taught our kids to focus on their tasks-and I am so thankful (that hasn’t been a priority at other places).
