FUN FIELD TRIPS

Action-packed field trips to awesome spots like Peter Piper Pizza or the movie theaters are offered at least twice weekly during camp. We also offer cool picnic trips to local parks to simply enjoy the outdoors while chowing down on our lunch.

THE ONLY CAMP STAFFED WITH ACTUAL TEACHERS

Not only is our camp safer and more regulated with lower ratios than other camps in the area, but teachers also incorporate academics into the morning schedule. The typical camp scene is composed of seasonally hired low-waged inexperienced counselors trying to survive in a crowded gym. On the opposite extreme, our camps are engaging programs in a calm environment managed by educators.

PERFECT BALANCE OF ACADEMIC WORK AND AWESOME FUN

Trust us, your kids won’t even realize how much they’ll learn with all the fun we have. Our camp is a fun educational experience for the school aged child where they practice language and math, as well as geography, history and current events! An exciting educational morning structure is officiated with sports, water days, board game competitions, Lego face-offs, arts, cooking, karaoke, and dance parties in the afternoons.

Generally, the mornings begin with free play both indoors and outdoors, followed by a morning ‘circle meet-up’ to set the tone and review the schedule of events for the day. This is a great opportunity for get-to-know-you’s and socialize with peers. Academic morning activities include reading and writing practice, followed by math – all individualized according to levels. After lunch is served, the afternoon is either reserved for a field trip or a list of numerous engaging activities such as cooking, crafts, sports and structured games.

We often separate the campers into 2 main groups; one includes the kindergarteners and 1st graders, while the second group is designated for 2nd graders onwards. During classwork and activities, most campers socialize and interact exclusively within their designated peer group.

Space for our elementary-aged children is extremely limited as we exclusively release spaces to children enrolled in our before and after school program before accepting students from the general public. We suggest registering your child as soon as you decide to join to hold a spot.

Our transportation vans are licensed for 13 passengers in total. We have two transportation vans and only insured and bonded facility directors have access to the vans.

We do have a classroom unique to the camp program. Children have their own hooks for their backpacks and assigned seating. Interaction with the preschool children is limited only to extended care hours.
